What's a good Onkyo HTIB

I have a 7 year old kenwood HTIB system currently and want to get something new. I know Onkyo makes good stuff. Which one of their HTIB setups do you recommend?

Looking to spend around 300-400 or so.

I think the 605 can be had for close to 400. I'd start researching with that one...

I have some Onkyo HTIB speakers you can buy cheap if you'd rather spend money on a good reciever. They sound great but i am upgrading thanks to a gift card I got.
