LiteOn settop hard drive recorder?
I'm trying to identify and find what I believe was LiteOn's first settop recorder.
This unit had an internal PATA hard drive that could easily be swapped out for any other PATA hard drive.
Anyone know the model/series of this unit?
thanks,
litup

Certainly fits the description, perhaps my memory fails me on this as I thought the model I'm asking about was at least 2-3 years old and was an "LVD" model.
But thanks for the answer, apparently that was their first model.
I originally came across it at a forum for a hi-fi store out of Washington I believe, a small single proprietor business run by a fellow who apparently "knew his stuff".
fwiw, in searching today I have user comments on their vhs dvd combo unit displaying horizontal red lines after a few days use...
thanks again
maybe not so litup, lol

There was a Lite-on LVD-2001 model. The LVW-5001 was their first model I noticed but I never had any interest in the Lite-ons because their TV tuner was only mono, not stereo.
