From the two you are asking about I would go with the cable at bestbuy.
I bought a Monster Cable at CC because it is good quality and more importantly it was on sale for $14.99 at that time.

Doesn't a subwoofer require 2 inputs (or 2 outputs)? If not, then what is the point of having them on the subwoofer?

Subwoofer is usually a monaural channel. The expensive cables in the two initial links appear to be monoaural. I only see two connectors (one at each end) in the photos. Low frequency is non-directional, so two channels doesn't add much, except more speaker area.
Edit: What I said is right for 5.1 systems. For two channel stereo receivers, without a separate "sub out" it may be desirable to lowpass filter both the left and right channels then add them together in the sub. They may have two inputs to support that application. The info is still rendered to low frequency monoaural.

OldDude is correct subwoofer's are typically mono, single speaker single channel amp. The sub amps typically have a left and right input that are summed together. A mono RCA cable is all you need consult your sub's manual some give a preferred input on my Acoustech it is the Right input.
If your auto on sub has problems turning on during low volume listening you can get a RCA Y adapter and use both inputs on the sub, this effectively doubles your input gain and usually will help kick the amp on. BTW you should always recalibrate (lower) the gain on the sub amp to compensate and not overdrive the speaker.
