Best DVD player for price?

What's the best DVD player out there for a decent price (less than 200) but still has progessive scan and is still very good? I'm looking to buy off Amazon.com as I have 10% off electronics since my friend buys so much.

Also whats the best multi region dvd player thats also pretty good price? Thanks so much. I'm looking to purchase ASAP either/or.

I have this Sony.

It's a five disc player with progressive scan and is about $180 through Amazon. With the coupon, it's even better

The player plays everything too: VCD, SVCD, DVD-R, DTS, etc.

And they have the chroma bug and tend to overprocess the image IMO.

Get the Toshiba 3900 = it's around 100 bucks and it's awesome...and region free with a remote bypass.

I don't see how $162 after 10% off for a progressive scan 5 disc changer is overpriced.

I also think the Sony looks incredible on my widescreen TV.

I'll state right up front that I've never seens that model Sony in action. However I've read many posts regarding people who are unhappy with the PQ it provides. It also has the chroma bug which is bothersome to certain viewers. At $160 the only thing it as going for it is the fact that its a 5 disc changer. What good is that if the PQ is poor? At $130 you can get a Panny S65 5 disc changer with a better picture. Sure it doesn't have the same great Sage deinterlacing solution as the prior Panny models but IMO it's a better player than the sony.
