Any NTSC/PAL portable DVD players?

This may be a pipe dream but I'm looking for a portable DVD player that:
1. Can adjust for NTSC and PAL
2. Is region-free
3. Can play RCE DVDs

If anyone knows of a particular model available in Hong Kong and not the US, please feel free to identify it. I have a friend who could ship it to me.

You might want to check out the Malata DVD-912V.

My usual answer:

Aiwa XD-DW5

Its region-free via remote hack, and does PAL to NTSC conversion.

It might not work in all models. As for RCE, it won't play back while in Reg. 0, but you can change regions easily with the remote hack.
