Rear Center Speaker

So I upgraded my Front L/R speakers -- went a little larger to compensate for my lack of a subwoofer -- and while I was at it I got a matching center channel speaker.

I moved the old L/R speakers to another system.

Now I have a spare center speaker that matches my rear L/R speakers. Should I try and sell it, or could I use it as a rear center if/when I upgrade my receiver?

If you think you may upgrade your surround receiver to a 6.1 receiver before you replace the L/R Surrounds then by all means keep the center speaker for a rear center. But if you think you will be upgrading the L/R surrounds before the receiver then you will want to have a timbre matched center to go with the upgraded L/R surrounds and selling the center speaker would be advisable.
