Anyone heard of ACI Flex 100B?

I ask because there are a few on ebay.com, like from this guy:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...item=1303727257 and I'm looking for something that I can use in the USA to play both R1 and R2 DVDs (I understand it's not as straightforward modding them there cos od PAL TVs and stuff, but this apparently works on all but secam).
My needs aren't much other than nice picture and sound i.e. it won't be incorporated into a huge home cinema system, so do any of you out there think this is worth buying for $175?

This player has come up in a few threads in the past month. Unfortunately, nobody with any first-hand use has chimed in to report on the quality of the unit.
