Denon AVR3802

Does anyone know any of the features of Denon's upcoming model AVR3802? How does it compare to the 3801? What are the differences?

I've heard from 2 different stores that the AVR3801 has been discontinued, and the replacement model (3802) is due by month end. I can't find any info about it on Denon's web site. (Maybe I just missed it, but a quick search didn't find anything.)

Just saw that there is a long thread in the Home Theater Forum at:

One of the latest posts states they received an e-mail from a site saying they would have them in next week at an attractive price.
Authorized dealer/warranty might be a concern though.

FWIW, Crazy Eddie now has the Denon AVR-3802 for pre-order at $900 and expected mid August delivery
