I had the same question... contacting Paramount sounds like a plan. Thanks for the tip. (Criterion has always been very helpful for me but they apparently don't have access to the packaging for this release.)

Try the Blu-Ray forum's trading section. I believe I saw a black BB slip for sale yesterday.
There is also a gold Academy Awards slip but it goes for $$ these days. |
