Re: WTB: OOP Criterions I'm Missing
If anyone on here also collects video games, I have a HUGE amount for trade and can provide you with a list if requested.
I would trade any video games I have for any Criterions I do not have, DVD, LD, or Blu-Ray, especially the OOPs listed above.

Re: WTB: OOP Criterions I'm Missing
Deke,
I'm looking for the first pressing from 1998, the version that had the restoration footage accessible from the DVD menu. It was the one disc release that had 203 minutes listed on the back and the barcode was on the bottom right.

Out of curiosity, why do you feel that bootlegs have diminished the value of authentic editions of "The Killer"?
Are you willing to pay $55 for a bootleg edition?

Re: WTB: OOP Criterions I'm Missing
I feel that bootlegs have diminished the value of a number of OOPs from my personal experience with them. I got a legit copy of Hard Boiled for ~$40 just because people can't sell the real things at a high price anymore because no one wants to take the chance of potentially getting a fake. Same goes for my first printing Salo, got that thing for ~$35. Got my Unbearable Lightness of Being for $30. All my OOPs have been confirmed 100% real, so as you can see, what I have experienced paying for them has fallen through the floor from where prices used to be.
The most I have ever spent on a Criterion OOP is ~$45, and as you can tell by my list, I have most of them. Now I'm sure people might be able to get more than I am willing to pay, but those people and prices are far and few between. The days of $100+ single disc Criterion OOPs are long gone.

Re: WTB: OOP Criterions I'm Missing
Just an update. I was able to get a legit copy of The Killer for less than $40. Looks like my $55 offer was high.
