Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles? - Page 7

Haven't been a CH member for many, many years but have recently started buying BD.

Ordered the following:
Dances With Wolves
Glory
Braveheart
The Patriot
Watchmen
Last Samurai
Casino Royale

All in stock except for Braveheart.

It looks like they have some seriously fucked up cookies on their website. I was having tons of issues signing up with it switching back and forth from the 7:2 offer to the standard one. My Harry Potters 1,2,4-6 and Dawn of the Dead shipped.

Harry Potter 3,7 and The King Speech are all backorders and expected to ship on 5/02

Check the order status under your account. Mine was updated this morning, and said my blu's shipped yesterday (order was placed on Sunday).

Yea, they're notorious for that. It's always best to clear cookies when playing with CH websites.

mine apparently has shipped, short 2 titles due to backorder (major league and Ferris Bueller) - in addition they seem to have left a mess on my credit card, with numerous temp auths - hopefully due to not charging till they ship. the missing titles show a backorder date of 4*29 so we shall see.

Can I assume that if I received the welcome email and that I am able to log in and order that my application was accepted?

Yep.. Surprised that when you signed up on the site, it didnt automatically accept you and let you start shopping and adding to your cart.

You are not officially accepted until you see an actual account # on your Account Summary page. I've been rejected a day later after receiving a Provisional Acct. #.

I can't remember and apologies if this has been asked - do they charge your card right away or when items are sent? Is the entire order held until a pre-order is shipped?

They charge when the item ships. They usually hold up the freebies of a BOGO order until the pre-order streets. However, they do sometimes ship out the freebies right away. Definitely a YMMV situation.

Not that I'm aware of. I know that the BMG CD Club used to have a refer a friend promotion, but I've been doing the CH dance for nearly 30 years and I never saw a refer a friend with the DVD Club.
