I am betting they were so overwelmed with enroll, fulfill, repeat is the reason they stopped.

They are going to have to do something if they want to stay viable, regular dvd is just dying and the prices have dropped so much that the club is not really much of a bargain.......

I called for one account and emailed for the other. The email worked fine and I got a response in less than 24 hours. Make sure you specify Blu-Ray and list the enrollment selections. Even doing that, they still replaced it with the DVD American graffiti. Fortunately it was out of stock and I emailed them again and got it straightened out without any hassle.

For the hell of it I tried a few times to get Josey Wales blu-ray as a replacement and...

was shot down repeatedly. I got American Graffiti instead and it arrived nice and safe already.

Lame. Just went to the main page, and got a Blu-ray or DVD offer. Clicking on Blu-ray takes you to a 2 for 5.99 offer.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?

I'm getting more and more pissed here.. 2 of my enrollment selections were cancelled and they sent me letters stating that my replacements have to be $22.95 each or below. Fine, I want Sucker Punch blue (currently listed as $21.95 on their site). Nope. Can't get that. OK - how about Hangover: Extreme Edition ($21.57) - can't do that either. WTF!

I think if you pick titles with a 'Club Price' of $22.95 or lower it will work. At least it did for me. I got 'Breakfast Club' which has a Club Price of $19.95 (and a 'Sale' price of $11.97).

Sucker Punch blu has a Club Price of $35.95, Hangover blu is $24.95.

Did you talk to a CSR? Sometimes you can get a little more flexibility on the phone than you can going through the website...

I'm pretty sure it's the MSRP that needs to be below 22.95, Not the current selling price.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?

I think it's a combination of release date/club price. Like people said, just keep trying different titles until you get the ones you like.

Nope, I got them to give me American Graffiti as replacement for a backorder enrollment title, and while it's on sale for $16.17 to MSRP is $26.97. Definitely call in, and if you get shot down say "thanks anyways" and call back & get a different rep.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?

I had gotten Fiddler on the Roof as a replacement for an enrollment so definitely nothing to do with release as that was brand new at the time.

Re: Blu-Ray Enrollment Titles?

For those of you who still need to fulfill accounts, they have great prices on the Ben-Hur box set and Citizen Kane.
