CH is now getting new releases later than their release date?

I just looked at Saw VII, which is out now, and it says that it will be released during the first part of February. I also checked on The Last Exorcism and it says that it will be released on the 31st of January. Is this becoming the norm for them or are these titles just a specific few that CH is not getting on time?

Or perhaps so many people pre-ordered them that they are now placing orders with a later date since they don't have enough stock? That's just a guess...
