I have had some luck regarding shipping dates by contacting CH through their Facebook page...I go this route after I get the e-mail that SBJ talks about.

The funny thing is, I got home from work yesterday, and there was a package waiting for me! It had everything but the Friday the 13th set.

Received 12 of the 14 BDs I ordered today. Less than 2 weeks after placing the order. I never received a shipping notice, the website still says processing and while I had a temporary charge on my credit card initially, it's no longer there so I haven't been charged for these...yet.

And in other news, I still haven't received Psycho from an order placed in June. The CH madness continues to entertain me.

That earlier order was received at my office address. I get home and what do I find? Yep, Psycho is in the mailbox. When I ordered it, I was hoping to have it by October. So I guess I'm happy.

You should call them. I just hung up with them. I spent exactly one hour on the phone with them. First, I should note that the online orders placed before they got their new system will show NOTHING updated! They are worthless! Apparently 7 items on my order were CANCELED for no reason, and this is not reflected online. She had to place a new order for me, for those items. The new order does NOT appear online either, so she had to read me all of the information so I could write it down...

As for the other 10 items on my order? She has no idea why 7 of them haven't shipped, and said I should keep waiting. She said there isn't anything they can do. Only ONE is backordered (Captain America), plus 2 pre-orders, but the rest are just in limbo. I have a feeling I'll be calling back. First I want to see if the items placed on the NEW order ship. If so, I will call them back and cite that as an example, and force them to cancel my original order and create a new order for those titles.

There is no figuring out CH...

Once again, I went against better judgement and ordered a couple of pre-orders along with The Amazing Spiderman 2 3D with the members choice 50 + FS. The last time a WB new release took almost 60 days to ship and this time, I got the WB title within a week of release...

CA The Winter Soldier 3D is MIA along with Spiderman (8/19 release date)...

Anyone received the above titles from CH? Of course, my e-mail requests for shipping information have gone unanswered...I guess I will call them this time and see how that goes.
