thanks to thejester. I used what was available for codes to get in on the 50% boxset sale for some xmas boxset gifts before it was over. I made a couple orders and used ole reliable 801490 and 805628. I also padded the orders with a couple cheap things for myself.

I got the e-mail and when I clicked on it, the tab on the CH page says free shipping on your DVD and Blu-ray order. Haven't tried to see if it works like that.

The free shipping part probably does work (mine said that too), but I can confirm the 50% off part does NOT apply to BLU.

Has anyone found a worthwhile use for the $10 (for October purchase) offer? Adding S&H kills anything that I've found.

Well I got Ben 10 Season 1 for my kid for $4 after the $10 off deal.

It added S&H to the order but the item was on sale for $10.96 or somehthing like that so I got it for a $1 after the coupon but before S&H. Wish S&H had been free on that thing as it would have been cool to get it for $1.

Oh well still cheaper then anywhere else and my kid loves Ben 10.

If only I could get Leverage S1 on a similar deal but the $6 S&H kinda kills it.

Worst Week The Complete Series would be $7.97 shipped with the $10 off. It was a great underated show. I received mine last week and watched it over the past few days.

Looks like the B1 get 70% off with free shipping deal is over. That was one of the better non code specials they've had in a long time. I was hoping it would last another week or so until some of the preorders became available at the discounted price.

Looks like you can get free shipping on DVDs or Blu-rays, but not sets, with the $10 off code.

Bummer, as I wanted to use my $10 off on a set, but shipping kills it as usual.

Today, Dec. 3rd, 805623 worked for me just fine. Of course, have to pay shipping for a set, but got "Lie To Me" first season for 20 dollars, plus 6.99 shipping, which was still under DDD price of 29.99-I sure wish Columbiahouse could figure out how to do less expensive shipping, 'cuz they sometimes have excellent deals on sets, and the shipping screws it up, as you all know. Anyway, got me 20 DVDs for under 9 bucks each, not a bad deal at all, and so glad for this thread!
I didn't really get much when it was 70% off sale, and am kicking myself but good!
