Alternate Selection Voucher Question

I received a letter from Columbia House with the standard invoice on a recent order. Inside was also an alternate selection voucher coupon. Small print says "use this voucher to choose your alternate enrollment selection." I think this was a mistake to be included but I'm not sure why else it would be sent to me.

I wanted to find out if anyone else has had this happen and if it's a good idea to use it. Or will I find myself looking at a bill for whatever I order? I never know how clever those folks at Columbia House really are.
