Thanks for the reminder. I got Blade Runner BD(this is considered a set so I would have to pay for shipping anyhow), 30 Days for Night BD and 8 1/2 Criterion. I had to pay for Blade Runner and I got 30 Days and 8 1/2 for free. So for an additional $3.98 in shipping, I was able to grab the Criterion with this code.

I was hoping for a B1G1 Code with free shipping for non-HD titles, since the HD B1G1 deal doesn't need a code and is stackable with codes. I was able to get two free (one blu-ray, one 2-disc non-HD title) for buying one blu-ray, but had to pay almost $7 shipping. Hoping for a code that will allow me to buy 2 blu-ray's and one regular title for $30 shipped!

The "deals" at CH.com just get worse: $19.95 titles currently aren't discounted at all and $26.95 combos are "sale priced" at $25.95. I wonder if they actually sell any?

^Yes, I think so.

Columbia House used to carry the old version I believe. Then, not long ago, they listed another "Fifth Element BD" with a new catalog number and withdrew the old one. This leads me to believe that the new one is the remastered edition.

However, nobody has yet posted that they ordered it, to verify this.

FWIW, the remastered editions I have seen have an "RE" on the top sticker, making it clear which edition it is without having to remove the shrink wrap.

You can also look on the back cover and see if the TrueHD logo is there. Only the remastered edition contains a TrueHD soundtrack.

CH actually did restock some HD DVD titles. They just shipped out American Gangster that was on backorder for a couple of weeks. I almost gave up on it and came close to ordering the SD version as a freebie on a different order. Sometimes it pays to procrastinate.

I just opened my first CH account in 2 yrs (have had dozens in the past). Did it online 3 days ago and got the welcome email 2 days ago.
I went ahead and fullfilled with AG-HD and Elizabeth:TGA-HD. I hope I don't get screwed...

You can't tell from the site. They always say that it will usually ship the next business day. They even said that with titles that they never, ever had(Disturbia BD, Dreamgirls BD, etc).

Well, I'm pretty peeved off now. I just opened my first CH account in two years. I decided to fulfill with Amercan Gangster HD and Elizabeth TGA HD. I placed the order two days ago and it now says on the website "awaiting stock".
