They have excellent offers, just got 40% off. I managed to get Bambi, Cinderella, Aladdin, Little Mermaid, all Platinums for $13.17. Then some of the Miyazakis for $11.97, Goof Troop for like $7, Duck Tales Vol 1 for $16 and free shipping/no tax. They have amazing deals, highly recommend remaining loyal as a VIP and enjoying the $aving$.

They also check your name and address when you try to rejoin..I tried a while back and called them when I received nothing. They said you were already a member and not entitled to the new member special..Just to let you know..

I got "Sorry, the discount code you entered is not valid for this membership"
Is it for VIP only?

weird; i don't have a vip acct (although the order i placed using this code will fulfill it).

makes me wonder if there are different kinds of accounts; maybe it depends on how you sign up.

Did they email it to you? I still haven't got any email from them. My 4 free DVDs are not even shipped yet.

Was anyone else successful using free shipping code? Will you please let me know if it is intended for everyone's use? If it is, I could call them and ask to help to apply it to my order. I am just new to this and not sure where the codes come from and if free shipping codes are for specific accounts only (however I never heard of any other accounts but regular and vip, will you correct me if I am wrong) . All I see is 20% code on their home page.

Are you referring to an enrollment order? You need to wait for your shipment to arrive and use your membership number to log-in to your account.

It's during the checkout process where you apply the code you wish to use.

My enrollment order of 6 DVDs shipped today. I need to buy 3 more DVDs to fulfill my membership agreement. I put the DVDs I want in my cart and all I am asked is my email and password. Where do i put my membership number, Xbox69? Then i put the free shipping code during the checkout and I get the message "Sorry, the discount code you entered is not valid for this membership". Do you know why it doesn't work with my account? I enrolled online.

P.S. Just tried it again, and though now I don't get any "Sorry" message, shipping charges are still there...

Can anyone tell me if Nausicaa and Pom Poko are available as fulfillment selections? If so I may pull the trigger on this.

Alright so I ordered this afternoon. How long till I get my confirmation e-mail? It's been about 7 hours and nothing yet. Also, if I use the 20% deal with my next order and it brings the DVDs below 19.95 does that mean it won't count towards my commitment? Does it negate only those below 19.95 or all of them? Since I can get Scrubs season 4 below 30 thats a pretty sweet deal and I want to make sure it counts.

Thanks for any and all help.

Hi
once the price per dvd goes below 19.95 it doesn't count .. only those at 19.95 and above would count towards your commitment hope that helped.

I found that out last year. My commitments were due by May '06 but when I learned that some discounted titles I purchased earlier (below $19.95) were not going to count to fulfill my membership, they allowed me to pay the difference (cancelling out the original discount).

I received my VIP confirmation a few weeks later with a B1G1 offer.

Depends on what you're buying (1 dvd, 2 dvds, etc...).
