Thanks I wasn't sure. So, it's like starting over?

The reason I ask is during Christmas, I mailed two out and ordered my last one but it was damaged in transit. When, I returned the DVD, I was told on the phone, I couldn't re-order the title because I used up my purchases.

Yes it would be like starting over.

Are you talking about requirements? Not sure what you mean you used up your purchases?

^It sounds like he's ordered the max of 5 of the damaged title on that membership. DMC has a firm limit of 5 copies per title for any membership.

Really? I only thought it was three? That's what the representative told me on the phone. Now, I am really confused.

DMC = 3

*CH* = 5

Just logged in to the club today and noticed that for VIP club members (those that fulfilled their 4 movie agreement) there is a 50% off and free shipping if you buy 1 at regular price offer. They still have the 60% plus free Wall-E pin offer too, so make sure you use the one that's best for you.

There's a Buy 1 Get 40% off and free shipping deal going on right now along with free gifts if you order 2 titles. Great time for me to order Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy(Blu) just to get the free shipping and to complete my 2 title commitment. Ordered The Sixth Sense(Blu) for $11.99 and got a Mickey plush toy free with my order.

Anybody have any luck contacting customer service. I order a poster, and it was damaged inside of the tube. The tube itself was perfect. I have sent two emails with no response. Either refund my points or send out another.
Any suggestions?

Disney tends to be really nice on the phone. They have the best phone customer service that I have experienced for the disney movie club. Do they have the option to call them for the rewards club.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

Their postage has gone through the roof. Half price TV sets BUT 5.44 for the first one and 2.98 for each additional for MEDIA mail. I think it's around 4 bucks for regular DVDs and 1.49 each additional. I'll never understand why companies not on eBay or Amazon MP pad so much into the postage. I guess they are trying to find revenue somewhere, but to me it's an instant turn-off, esp. since the deals are lukewarm at best.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

I have been with disney for about 3 years now and if they send me a movie that i did reply to vie online or mail the card in (I usually do both) and I have not ordered it I just write RTS (return to sender) on the unopened package and send it back. I don't have to pay return shipping but the package cannot be opened. I have not had but a few movies sent to me that I did not order.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

I want to join the Disney Movie Club, (because i want Kim Possible Seasons 1 & 2) but i have a few questions.

i've read through these posts and you guys have said that when you ordered 2 dvds that the second was discounted to lower than $19.95, therefore not going towards your dvd fulfillment, but dose that happen to ALL orders you make with multiple DVDs or is it only for certain ones?

I don't want to get in over my head and get stuck with buying a lot more DVDs than I intend to.

Do you guys have any tips for a newbie? & are there any Free Shipping discounts out there?

& have any of you requested DMC to add certain movie to their list & they actually added them?

Fulfillments are based on price paid excluding tax and S&H. If a selection falls below 19.95 it doesn't count as a fulfillment. If you order 3 dvds the first being 22.95, the second 19.95 and the third at 9.99 then you will have made two fulfillments with this order. Discounts will depend on your order, and what code you enter. I believe the best code for the DMC is the free shipping. You could make multiple single dvd orders if you want to get the fulfillment and free shipping.

It's been a while since I've been in this club but have looked into the bluray club, and from what I've gathered free shipping codes are available you just have to wait for them to show up.

I don't know the answer to your last question.

Just out of curiosity, are there any Disney titles still in print that the Club doesn't carry? Many Disney titles are OOP, including animated features "back in the vault". The club can't sell what is no longer being produced.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

Sorry to revive an old thread but this seemed like the best place for it.

Can anyone confirm that DMC still offers the Kim Possible Season 1 and 2 sets? I don't want to join if they are no longer available.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

I just checked and yes they do, $24.95 each, but right now they are running a special so the second one would be $14.97 and shipping is free when you buy two DVDs.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

Is there a list of what all is available after you join the club, say certain exclusive dvds for example? I know Condorman was one of those when in club 4-5 years ago

I'm already a member, but I was wondering how to add a coupon code to the checkout.

Re: Disney Movie Club part 5

What is the minimum purchase price for a Blu-ray to count for a fulfillment?

For instance, my current featured selection is Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Blu-ray DVD Combo Pack for $24.95. Would that count toward fulfillment?

Normally its 29.95, but the 24.95 pre-orders specifically say on the item page that they count as fulfillments.
