Save 15% on your order, free shipping if you buy 2 at regular price. Expires 7/30, I am not a VIP member so I guess this is for anybody.

Code is 77895. It's a fairly useless code though. It's no good for fulfillment because the 15% knocks the DVDs below the threshold so they won't count. If you've already fulfilled it's useless because there's the far better code I just posted.

Well, it's not completely useless, if you wanted to get something that cost $23.47 or more like Muppet Show season 1 or the treasures.

Give it time. I seem to remember mine taking a couple days to show up, despite them saying within an hour.

Just an FYI, I just got a letter in the mail from the Disney Movie Club indicating that in May 2007 the feds caught someone from one of their order processing/fulfilling companies Alta Resources, Inc. trying to sell information(name, address, credit card #, expiration, card type, telephone, email address) to an undercover federal agent.

Me too....I think that's the first time I've received any mail that contained the words 'undercover sting operation'

I'm thinking about joining the club. I noticed though a number of titles aren't available for enrollment. Are these titles available once I become a member:

The Little Mermaid
Lady & the Tramp
Cinderella
Bambi
Peter Pan

"Lady and the Tramp," & "Bambi" have gone back into the vault. This is currently a 7 year moratorium as Disney releases only 2 of the 14 best-selling titles per year and then typically only makes them available for about 12 months (or less). The titles on this exclusive list are currently: "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Beauty and the Beast," "The Lion King," "Aladdin," "Bambi," "The Jungle Book," "Cinderella," "The Little Mermaid," "Lady and the Tramp," "101 Dalmatians," "Pinocchio," "Fantasia," "Peter Pan," and "Sleeping Beauty."

Current release plans call for TWO Platinum Edition DVD sets a year (one in March, one in October). You'll typically see a Platinum Edition be available for about 10-12 months although some have been out longer. "The Little Mermaid," and "Peter Pan" were the October '06 and March '07 releases. October 2nd of this year will see "The Jungle Book" with "101 Dalmations" following in March '08. If the schedule follows past form you should see "The Little Mermaid" disappear sometime in the next 2-6 months.

Currently from DMC, "The Little Mermaid Platinum Edition," "Cinderella Special Edition," and "Peter Pan Platinum Collection" are all available for $21.95 each.

I've applied the day after I canceled an account over the phone. There was no issue.

Does anyone have any idea how to get a discount on the Complete Zorro First Season Box? I want to take advantage of the buy 1 get 50% off deal, but there doesn't seem to be any other Disney title that comes near the $59.95 price. I guess I could buy two copies of the set and get half off the second one, but then I'd have to find a friend who wants a copy...

If you were to buy one of the "Multipacks" then you could get 50% off any dvd.

Ex:
Full-Price
1 Goofy & Friends 3-pack 2862603 $24.95
50% off
1 Zorro: The Complete First Season 5339603 $29.98
1 Alias: The Complete Collection 5313003 $72.47

Just found this thread via Google, and joined because of it. Thanks to the regulars here for all the excellent information.

A couple quick questions before I try to join:

1) Do the movies come in regular retail packaging--specifically, do they have the Disney Movie Rewards codes in them?

2) Can anyone tell me the regular price of Donald Duck in Mathmagic Land?

And some info that may be useful to others:

I went to the join page, and used the code given above for 4-for-$1 at signup (785047). As long as I was on the "Best Sellers" page it presented, that offer stayed up on the right-hand side of the page. Clicking to "Disney Exclusives" replaced it with the "3-for-$1.99 each" offer instead. But clicking on the "A-Z List" button let me see all the movies, and kept the 4for$1 offer. If I join up, I'll report back on if/how it works through checkout.
