Has anyone seen promotional 'movie money' for either 'Amazing Spider-Man,' 'Dark Knight' or 'Ted?'

Spiderman 1,2,3 have $10 ticket for the new spiderman at walmart,target and best buy. I know at Best Buy the Dark Knight/Batman Begins steelbooks come with $5 DKR ticket and at Walmart Blade/Blade Trinity come with $5 DKR ticket. The only free ticket for Ted is via amazon when you preorder the bluray.

Does anyone know if you can use the ticket to buy advance tickets? I want to get my ticket today but it says it's only valid from 7/20.
