If you're going into it because you want to see Lovecraft, you'll probably be disappointed. If you're going into it because you're a fan of the style of films Full Moon was doing around that time, you'll probably like it.

Looks like they're going to start selling Retro Puppet Master replicas tomorrow. I, for one, don't care. I was tempted to get stealth torch but then I'd have nothing left on my gift card for movies.

The other movies in the box are pretty fun as well, if you are a fan of this type I would recommend getting the whole thing. I originally bought it just for Robot Wars and was pleasantly surprised with the rest (including Lurking Fear).

According to the DVD Talk review of the Shout Factory release, the video is identical and DVD Compare says the Full Moon version has the original trailer and other Full Moon trailers.

I stayed up late to get my one order in, but finally gave up when the cheapest shipping option was nearly $60.

I wake up early this morning to try again and they still haven't switched to free shipping....

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. They had the issue before and fixed it before anyone was charged.

And what were you ordering, or where do you live, for shipping to be that high? Mine was $17.97

edit: Looks like they fixed shipping. When I go to my cart, there's a promotion for free shipping that was applied.

edit2: Guess that didn't work for shipping.

I still have a bunch of Evergreen Card credit, so there are 8 box sets, about twenty DVDs and a couple of the toys sitting in my cart.

When I was testing to see if free shipping was being applied, it showed an $11+ shipping charge (parcel post) for just one box set. That is pretty ridiculous.
