The packaging may not be so great according to amazon reviews. But its probably worth it for 13 movies including hard to find ones like Quintet.

I bought this set last year from Walmart.Had to return the 1st one because the way they package the disc,the 2nd I received was good enough to keep.
One of the few times I had to return a DVD set because of so many of the disc where badly scratched.
Had no problem with the exchange.Sad to say,once you take the disc out.I would not put them back in the slot holders.

Mine came today, the packaging was every bit as bad as promised. I had 10 floaters, only one of which has damage - disc two of The Hustler. Hopefully it will play ok. Still a very great set. Butch Cassidy by itself used to set you back almost $30.

It's nice BOX SET. I saw BB have this sucker for $99.99. Tempting to pick it UP for $30-ish!

I think its a Fox set. That seems to be the info for Sony.

I got mine. Half the disks were loose. All seem to play alright. The packaging itself seems to be abrasive to the disk surface. This is probably one of the worst packaging designs that I have seen. There is a gorgeous book enclosed on paul newman that is better than I expected though.
