I've been wanting to pick this set up for the last couple years, it has by far the best prints out there of all 3 films (Of Human Bondage / Millie / Kept Husbands) & has been going for ridiculous collector's prices.

Seems some have popped up; Amazon has it for $19.99 new & 2 3rd party sellers with less than stellar feedback have it for under $11.

I hope this isn't some sort of an sku error, I ordered 1!

Rats! Just got a cancellation notice from Amazon saying it was out of stock.
Guess I got to wait for TCM to air them.

I am curious to see if you get the right dvd. Something about this entire situation feels a bit odd. The reason I noticed it is because I have been checking that Amazon page daily for months.

At least I finally picked up there Cagney box cheap the other day! & I did get a decent deal on the other precode set a year or so ago.

IMO, Roan is by far the highest quality PD dvd co ever; it's a shame Troma destroyed them.

I think if Berigan lucks out and actually gets the right set, he should copy the discs for the rest of us, LOL. I mean, these are all public domain titles so it's perfectly legal. Thanks Berigan!

Berigan, I'm really curious to see what you receive. A friend of mine who did get in on the deal got a burned set (ouch). he hasn't told me yet if his came from Amazon or from a 3rd party.
