I just bought Big Trouble in Little China yesterday at walmart for 10 bucks. I'm not gonna complain about 2 bucks though. If they had Due Date on blu ray for cheap I might bite on that, but its only dvd and that's barebones.

Thanks agitprop, but I'll have to check out the "+ more in-store" because there aren't any of interest to me in the list. -kd5-

They always say more in store and there really never is that much more.

Picked up LEXX: Season One for $5. Wasn't in the ad, and it wasn't really on sale, but $5 vs. $15.99 at Amazon isn't too bad. -kd5-

Found Transsiberian at my local Target for $2. Not sure if it's an YMMV thing or chain-wide. It's a solid movie, so it's definitely worth buying for $2.

It's interesting nobody put a Target weekly ad in the Blu-Ray forum this week, so I'll post here. These are the $7.99 Blu-Rays I saw at my store:

12 Monkeys
28 Days Later
3:10 to Yuma
40 Year Old Virgin
Bad Lieutenant
Cinderella Man
Crash
Daredevil
Dogma
For a Few Dollars More
Fistful of Dollars, A
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Gauntlet, The
Inside Man
Kill Bill Vol. 1
Kill Bill Vol. 2
Kingdom, The
Knocked Up
Last Starfighter, The
Magnificent Seven, The
Man on Fire
Men in Black
No Country for Old Men
Men Who Stare at Goats
Reservoir Dogs
Role Models
Superbad
U-571
Unleashed

And in the DVD category: War, Inc. is $2.

There's not a single one I don't already own on DVD or Blu-Ray, and the ones I only have on DVD aren't worth $7.99 to upgrade to me. Made it a cheap week for me (i.e. $0)... no coupons for Rio on Blu-Ray means I won't buy it this week.

Does the 12 Monkeys Blu have the full commentary? There were issues transferring it from LD to DVD back in the day. That's a great price if so.

I don't know, but I sure hope it does. Hopefully someone will answer. I bought 12 Monkeys on BD back when BB had the $5 discount for a DVD trade-in making it $4.99 under the assumption (from the reviews I read) that it contained everything the old Collector's Edition DVD had + better picture/audio quality.

I'm sure they don't even have half of those blu rays in the store. I was there last week and didn't see half of those really in stock at all.

The back of the cover says:
Audio commentary by director Terry Gilliam and producer Charles Roven

Re: Target Ad July 31 - August 6

The first release of the 12 Monkeys DVD had the very end of the commentary snipped. The second DVD release fixed this problem.

Sorry but I'm not sure about the Blu.

Yeah, I've seen seasons 1-3 on there. A while back on their website they had a sale on boxsets and got seasons 2-4 for about 35 bucks.

Oh. I don't know for sure either, but the Blu-ray has all the same content as the 2nd DVD special edition release, so it's probably fine.

Definitely going to PM PARKS & REC S1 at BEST BUY. And for some reason I have HEROES Seasons 1, 2 & 4 so I will do the same w/ Season 3. Are any of the other PARKS & REC Seasons on sale?
