Signs of success after not accepting their "discontinued" answers in repeated emails while pointing out to them how their answer doesn't make sense when the site now lists them both as in stock. Now they've given me the go-ahead to re-order those 2 items and after they ship they'll credit me the now $34.84 difference. So, we'll see how that goes... but in the end I should come through with a win. I don't take no for an answer when it's BS and I definitely don't want to end up paying $34.84 extra than I intended.

I am very confused. Perhaps someone can clarify the time when the summer sale ended today, because I was away and just found the special 5% extra off code emailed by DD as referred to above. It said the sale was extended through today and the coupon expired on June 26 but it was still June 26 at 8pm Eastern Time when I tried to use it. All the prices were back up and the coupon no longer worked. Just asking. If I was too late so be it....

I had already placed my order when I got the extra 5%, then tried to place another order this morning but the system was jammed due to heavy traffic so the order didn't go through. Realistically, I spent too much money on the sale anyway.
