FREE shipping (75$+) this weekend at Oldies.com

I got an email today claiming free shipping at Oldies.com throughout this Memorial Day weekend. They have lots of good dvd bargains and lots of the Alpha titles are pretty good.

I got the e-mail as well. I was excited over the FREE SHIPPING part, until I read the $75 minimum purchase requirement. Up until last year, that was their standard policy -- not a Memorial Day special.

And be warned, alot of the Alpha's have horrible picture quality.

I used to love Oldies.com, but their prices have gone way up the last few months.

It's why I don't bother with them anymore. ... and a $75 min. for free shipping is no real special.

Their prices have always fluctuated. I could probably get a $25 order, but I really don't want to spend $75. If I buy their Alpha's, I usually just buy their 99 cent alphas for the cover art. They really are pretty cool looking covers.

I agree, too bad Alpha doesn't put half the effort into the transfers that they do on the covers!
