The only $14.99 DVD is S4 which I believe was a short season so it's normally cheaper. S2 isn't out on BD yet (I believe), but for S1, S3, and S4, I'd suggest ordering from Warner's DVD2BLU provided the "any DVD" trade-in is still on. You'd pay about the same as you would on Amazon for the DVDs of those 3 seasons but you'd have BDs.
