I may be in the minority but I love this show.

CDuniverse is having a good sale on this for 79.73 plus 6.99 shipping.

Thanks OP! I ordered one this morning for $86.72. Doubt we'll see it cheaper than $21.68 a season anytime soon.

They actually just shipped the one copy that I ordered. I was wondering after they raised the price.

I enjoy this show more than Voyager, certainly as much as DS9 and TNG. I think, quality-wise, it could easily have gone on another three years. I bought this set over a year ago for a little over $100, and I'm not sorry. Paramount really needs to bring the cost of their Star Trek sets in line with the deals we see on other vintage TV shows.

This was definitely better than Voyager...wish they could have gone a few more years

re: (DEAD) Star Trek Enterprise Complete Series 79.73 plus ship @ CDuniverse.com

I bought season 1 at Wal-Mart last year for $20. I liked the first season when it was broadcast, and a handful of season 2 episodes. My opinion is that after an enjoyable (if not entirely successful) first season, the producers put the show on auto-pilot. When the public reacted even more critically to season 2, they panicked and changed the scope of the show entirely (away from the temporal cold war), which IMHO ruined it. I recall seeing a few season 4 episodes, which weren't bad I guess, but by then I'd lost interest. Don't know if I'd ever buy a cheap copy of season 2, or just opt for one or two individual disks through EBay...

I'd *love* to see this occur! Generally speaking, it's not going to happen. "Star Trek" is a "cash cow" for Paramount. The Trekkies, Trekkers, Trekkoids, Treksters, whatever the nom de plume of the day happens to be, keep purchasing *every* time there's a release (I know from experience as I own TOS on both VHS *and* DVD and am considering picking up a copy of the remastered version). As Paramount is reportedly looking into a remaster of TNG for Blu-ray you can bet the price will not only *not drop* but possibly go up some as the frenzy builds...

The absolute best way to get lower prices on Trek series is to play the CH game.

re: (DEAD) Star Trek Enterprise Complete Series 79.73 plus ship @ CDuniverse.com

If the prices for Star Trek seasons don't come down to $20 or lower per, I ain't buying. I've bought a couple of Voyager seasons at c. $40 each, S1 for $20 at WalMart, S3 for $10 at Big Lots and the other three from a private party. My average cost per season = c. $17.50. That is more like it.

Thats hilarious they let you keep the order open so long. Still a good deal as the set hasnt gone down much in price though.
