Living Social tweeted earlier that they're going out starting at noon eastern time, and the emails are taking a while, as it was quite a response.

On Tech News Today yesterday they said the company is a subsidary of Amazon. But they had something like a million people take part in a deal, so have patience.

Re: $20 Amazon.com Gift Card for $10
In the FAQ, it says:
"The day after the deal has ended, you'll receive an email from us with your deal voucher attached."
The deal was live until 8:00 A.M. EST today. (I know because I clicked on the deal link again early this morning).
Therefore, we may not get anything until tomorrow (Friday).
EDIT:
Just saw the post about them starting at noon. Let's see how long it takes. I've gotten no e-mails from them at all, so hopefully they come through (or I can just retrieve them from the accounts like they say).

I got an email from them but it was totally unrelated to the purchase. I was for $25 for $50 of shoes. Just gimmie my voucher already.

Well according to some on SD it is only 1 per account. If you try to add any more than 1 it gives you an error saying the voucher is limited to one per account. So anyone who bought more than 1 when the terms said 1 are going to have to open an amazon account for each one.

Re: $20 Amazon.com Gift Card for $10
Started with three ordered and am now down to two pending--one in my name and one my wife's. They are apparently going through and weeding out as many of the multiple orders as they can that were placed with different e-mail addresses and, possibly, different credit cards.
Don't know what the fine print said at the start of the deal...some on the amazon forums claim it started out as "one per living social account" and then got changed to "one per person" later.
In any case, I hope I get the two I still have pending. And the amazon posters also state, as glassdragon said, that according to LS these won't be stackable on a single amazon account. It will be one $20 voucher applicable per account.

If you go to the LivingSocial website and log in and click on the Amazon deal you purchased, they have a message apologizing for taking so long. Having once been a part of a "too good to be true" deal, I know how overwhelmed a company can get with a huge response like this, even if you think you're ready for it. Of course, they're not fulfilling any actual physical product, but still...

They probably didn't have anywhere near the 1.3 million they needed. They probably have to generate a good million as they probably didn't see this coming so heavily.

I had assumed both of my orders were canceled, but one of them (the first one I placed) just appeared. I ordered THX-1138 and Forbidden Planet on Blu-ray for, in essence, $17.98 total, so I'm happy.

Received my two codes that the orders weren't cancelled for. And--pleasant surprise--I could stack both on one account! Cool.

I placed like 10 orders, and all but two were canceled, but I finally received one of them last night and one this morning. I was hoping to be able to use all the ones I ordered to get the complete series of "Battlestar Galactica" for essentially half-price, but oh well. Still very happy I got two.

Got mine last night and then promptly got the Final Saw movie on blu-ray free. (well 10 bucks, but great deal for a new release)
