I got my order with a few mistakes. They sent me the Sleepwalking DVD instead of Blu Ray, also the Strangers horror movie but I ordered Stranger. Also I got a copy of 21 some how and its even on the receipt but I never ordered it.

Yep.. I also got the Sleepwalking dvd and not blu.. but i'm not going to get bent over it. They also sent me the "full screen" version of Saw IV..

but due to their screw up on the order I also got the Unrated WS version of Saw IV.. Overall i'm satisfied with the order.. Most of the cases were in good shape. Only 2 previously viewed stickers. and all the discs were in decent shape. I only one had minor scratches.

I got my order today and it was...ok. I had to "clean up" the discs myself if you know what I mean. There was a lot of dust too but they're good. Oh, and Mirrors ended up being the "exclusive" DVD with no special features at all. Ugh.

Mine were dusty as well. One or two discs look questionable so I may have to view those ones soon. The big issue with the order I had was that Sleepwalking wasn't the Blu-ray. I'm going to have to contact them about that issue. Otherwise, it was a pretty good order.

For Hollywood Video Customer Service:

My name is Neil Lumbard, and I recently placed an order (#order-number) on the Hollywood Video website which contained a previously viewed copy of Sleepwalking on Blu-ray. To my dismay the copy I received in the mail today was the DVD edition. I would like to set-up an exchange with a pre-paid shipping label for me to send back Sleepwalking and for a correct copy of the Blu-ray to be sent to me. However, I would like to point out that I have heard from others who ordered the Sleeping Blu-ray online that they have also received the DVD edition instead. There may be a problem with the item listing (even though it clearly states Blu-ray and shows the Blu-ray cover art). If the Blu-ray edition cannot be honored as ordered, I believe the proper action for Hollywood Video to take is to refund me the cost of the lone DVD ($2.50) and let me keep the DVD edition an apology for this error (which is actually false advertising if the item cannot be delivered as ordered).

I would also like to take this moment to point out that I have heard from others who ordered DVD's on the Hollywood Video website that the item listed as Orson Welles 'Stranger' in the Clearance section is not being sent out to those who ordered it. Instead, these customers are receiving a copy of the 2008 Liv Tyler horror film 'The Strangers'. I believe a correction and potential refund needs to be in place for this item listing and the customers who have already ordered it.

Thank you for taking the time to address this issue with my order, and for all other Hollywood Video customers who have faced similar dilemmas with ordering these items online.

Don't give up hope. Their facility is about 10 miles from my house and it still took almost a week after I received the shipping notice to get my order.

BTW, the Zodiac widescreen that I ordered, the one the shipping email said was going to be fullscreen, turned out to be widescreen after all. I don't know what the error was or how many of them there were, but it turned out all right in the end.

Received my order today, all disc were in very good condition save for some dust.

The only mistake was that I received the FS version of Fracture instead of the WS, so hopefully I can go into a Hollywood Video and switch it out.
