Saw a restock of the Ghibli films at my local Costco. Spirited Away, Cat Returns, Whisper of the Heart, Nausicaa, and Howl's Moving Castle. Don't think they had any others there. As always, YMMV.

Still waiting for Kiki to go on sale.

Sorry to go off-topic, but is this just a re-release of the current blu? I've been meaning to pick it up, but the current price is about double what this one is (but isn't out for 6 months).

It's a re-release of the current BD release. It was supposed to be released on 11/10/09. The March release date is a soft date, it may still change. The cover art can be found here. It's not a very good looking cover...

The cover doesn't bother me too much - one last question (since I didnt see it answered elsewhere).. It says "2 disc special edition" - is it different from the current release (and is it a noticeable difference (something worth waiting for - long documentaries, etc..))?

It's extremely likely that Amazon.com has a typo. The original BD release was only 1 disc and it included a booklet inside as well. With this repriced re-release, they may remove the booklet. Nothing is for certain as specs of this release hasn't been officially revealed yet.
