Re: Best Buy Ad - 8/09 - 8/15/2009

Don't know why everyone in here seems to be knocking Chinese Democracy. It wasn't that bad of an album, just different from old school GNR but fine in its own right in my opinion. I probably will either order I Love You Man from Best Buy since I might have a gift card laying around or just pick it up somewhere local. I need a Best Buy in town dammit!

I find that I barely watch stuff I own because I'm always trying to catch up on my Netflix and my overstuffed cable DVR. Help.
stop what you are doing and go watch. not quite as good as goodfellas, but better than 99% of what's out there....

I was just joking how it took close to 20 years to put this album out. like brian wilson with "smile", I think he just about went insane making the album

Thanks OP!

Not sure if I'm getting I Love You Man on DVD or BD yet. Will definitely keep an eye out for those $9.99 and $12.99 BD's.

Those looking to get the TMNT set should check this thread before doing so. It is one of the most lazily done sets that Warner has ever released. No extras and shitty packagin is not worth $60.

What was the 4th TMNT film? The recent CGI one?

Is it in any way an extension of the first 3 live-action films, or is it its own stand-alone movie?

I just got an email for a $20 RZ reward. If there are a few titles of interest I may actually have to buy something this week.

It's a sequel. It takes place a year or two after the third film I think.

Is the DVD packaging the same way as the Blu-Ray?

Definitely picking up I LOVE YOU, MAN--almost pissed myself when I saw it in theaters. For those of you who missed out on this one, pick it up! Not sure if I am gonna get the BD or SD. Also may get the SUPERFRIENDS: LOST EPISODES.

I think that's a contender for the worst packaging I've EVER seen. I'm just astounded by that.
