It wouldn't be realistic to wait for Bing to offer Amazon kickbacks. it's against the Amazon affiliate contract for the websites to split the money with the customer.
The only way for it to work is if Microsoft and Amazon cut a deal on it. Not impossible, but not right here just yet.

As Amazon is pretty much the industry leader, they probably don't feel the need to share their profit with anyone.
