I really liked the Tom Jane Punisher (especially the DC) and this new one did not have as much character. Just mindless violence. I much more prefer Shoot 'Em Up.

The video game deal is pretty decent. Might be a good way to pick up Tiger Woods and NCAA Football 10. I also like the $5 GC with the 1600 point card purchase.

ive seen the crap lol just didnt expect to see it for $10 already (if it wasnt a mistake). I didnt care for the version w/ Thomas Jane, but I actually enjoyed the DC. I wish they would release the DC of the thomas jane one on bluray.

Re: Target Media Prices - July 19 / July 25

In the past month, there has been a Buy 1, Get 1 1/2 off for PS3 and Xbox 360 games. Can a similar sale for the Wii be far behind? I know there was a limited one a couple of weeks ago, but the selection in that sale was only about 12 titles.

Thanks for the early prices.

Fry's has Watchmen BD for $20.77 so you can price match that somewhere.

Target tends to do one of these about every 3 weeks or so, so yeah there'll probably be another one for the Wii.

I really hope you're right. That ad would be most beneficial.

Re: Target Media Prices - July 19 / July 25

The "Punisher: War Zone" for $9.99 is a misprint, apparently.

I went to Target (Spring Valley, NY) on Friday and saw around 5 or 6 BRD of the film on the shelves for $29.99.

I went in today (first day of this week's advertised sales), and ALL the "Punisher: War Zone" BRD were taken off the shelves, while the BRD of the Thomas Jane version (2004, theatrical) was advertised as $9.99 for the week.

It's a very YMMV situation, but I wouldn't be surprised if other stores got the head's up to take the 2008 BRD off the shelves for the week. It's not on their website, either.

The ad is on their website and it still shows War Zone as 9.99

If it's in the printed ad too then they should honor the price. I'm gonna go check later today.

I'm going to check a Target in NJ tomorrow, since they are closed today.

It just struck me as strange, since I was within the first 10 people into the store, and the first one in the DVD/CD section...they had all the other 9.99 BRD advertised as such for the week, and only had the Jane Punisher there.

Good luck to anyone else who is looking for one.

Ok, Punisher War Zone is for sure 9.99! In Orlando, FL anyway...

I was a little worried when I got to the store because they had the Tom Jane version marked 9.99 and War Zone marked 29.99, so I had the guy in the electronics dept. ring it up for me and sure enough it came up 9.99

Great deal on a fun movie - thanks for the heads up! And I got the last copy at the store on Colonial so don't bother trying there if you're in Orlando

Take the ad to Wal-mart and have them price match it. Maybe Amazon will price match the ad also.

I found the same thing. My store had three copies of War Zone and two of the first one in the same bin with a $9.99 sale tag on it. I took War Zone to a self scanner and sure enough, it scanned $9.99.

I've searched Google to no avail... anyone know where I can find a list of which CDs are eligible for the Buy 2 Get $15 iTunes gift card? If there's another $10 CD I want besides the Paramore one, I might venture in... otherwise nothing for me this week.
