Finally got around to hitting up the local store, and picked up Blow, Unforgiven, and 2001 for $9.99. No Beetlejuice, TMNT, or Mask unfortunately.

You can add to the list Terminator 2 (old version), Stargate, and Rambo: First blood they were marked $9.99.

Picked up 2001 last night at the Burbank FYE. They have one copy left for anyone in the area. Also, they had four copies of Unforgiven, but they didn't have the $9.99 tag on them. I didn't see any of the other titles. I absolutely hate the way they display their DVD's, having to flip through vs. reading the spines (Best Buy). This is why I never shop at FYE, plus the fact that their prices suck.

Picked up Blow and 16 Blocks for 5.99 ea today... Debating whether I should get any more titles. They have 2 more I don't own, but I know I'd only watch them once. They aren't titles I need to own... Wish my store got Beetlejuice or Any Given Sunday...

ya i love when fye does this bonus $10 when you buy a $50 giftcard. i recall them doing this twice last year. or maybe once in 2008 and once in 2007?

in any case, imho its a no-brainer if you are a regular. heck, i was going to buy about $30 of stuff anyway, so they cashier allowed me to buy a giftcard and use it immediately for that purchase

It applies at the Superstore as well, I bought Any Given Sunday the other day. Despite they had several copies of each title when it started but most are sold out at our Superstore by now. I had most of the other titles already. Still not as good as the 40% off Used email coupons for backstage pass holders.

Update for the Burbank location: they now have BLOW in stock, and actually marked on sale at 9.99. I was there this morning and saw 3 or 4 copies. Still none of the other titles, though.

I was able to pick up some of these $9.99 titles last week at my local FYE. I grabbed Beetlejuice, V for Vandetta, Unforgiven, Blow, and 2001. I also signed up for their new "Premium" Backstage Pass program to bring 'em down to $8.99 each. If you sign up you can receive a free $20 gift card by mail. I plan on cancelling my Backstage Pass account sooner rather than later. Thanks for the heads up on this deal!
