Big DVD sale at 6pm.com

Not sure why this hasn't already been posted...

6pm.com is having a big DVD sale. All boxes $29.95 or less. Blu Ray $24.95 or less. DVDs $13.95.

When the sale started, I got all the following for $30/each:

Star Trek Enterprise (complete series), Six Feet Under (complete series), Ken Burns Baseball, Ken Burns Civil War, Alfred Hitchcock Premier Collection, Die Hard Blu-Ray trilogy and Imax Ultimate Collection.

I've never heard of this site before. And I'm not seeing any of the deals you mentioned.

They're owned by Zappos.com. The deals I got seem to have sold out. But there are still a lot of bargains on other titles.

Or just sit around and worry about gremlins. I've ordered from 6pm many times and they are very reliable.

Lost Season 3 BD at $25 wasn't bad, but with shipping at $7, I'll pass.

Re: Big DVD sale at 6pm.com

I just ordered some Bacco Bucci shoes from them and they arrived quickly and in perfect shape. If I didn't already owned them, I would be all over the $24.95 Blu-ray sets(Heroes 2, Smallville 7, Lost 3, Sopranos). Thanks for the heads-up.

It's a flat shipping rate of $6.95. So if you order many titles, the sting will be lessened.

Re: Big DVD sale at 6pm.com

Nothing for me... If they had Lost S4 on BD I'd probably bite. For those interested in TV series on BD, I searched for "Season Blu-Ray" and believe I got results for everything they carry...

I like how they renamed "From the Earth to the Moon" to be "The Moon From The Earth "

Re: Big DVD sale at 6pm.com

The only two good Blu-ray deals I saw left on there were for BBC's Robin Hood and a season set of Grey's Anatomy.

Most of the Blu-rays on sale there can be had cheaper from most other places, especially with the Nip/Tuck and Smallville sets which are showing up at Big Lots for $6 a piece.

Good deal.
Stuff arrived today. Shipping was fast, but thought I'd give a heads up to everyone who might consider ordering from 6pm in the future. Chaplin Collection V.2 and Pride and Prejudice were both used. The discs look great so I'm keeping them, but the slipcover for Chaplin was in awful shape and the Pride and Prejudice artbox required some glue to repair.
