Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
Beauty and the Beast and Karate Kid (new one) bu-rays were both $22.99 after IR.
So for B&TB you are better off buying at TRU where it's also $22.99 and you can get an additional $5 off if you preorder Toy Story 3 (don't have to actually buy it later). Both stores will take the $10 coupon as well.
I didn't see any October Entertainment Guides, so don't know if there's any new coupons.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
A Nightmare on Elm Street is $27.99, and Splice is $26.99. Neither of them have an IR. Also, no IR for The Karate Kid on DVD this week.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
I was at my local BJ's this afternoon and on one of those coupon sheets (sheet with green borders
- "Great Savings on Home and Office") there was a coupon (right column-second row) where if you
buy Toy Story 3 on Blu-Ray or DVD (the 4-Disc Combo is pictured) you get Wellsley Farms Orange
Juice (128 oz) and Wellsley Farms Eggs (2 Dozen) for free. Max Value: $7.50. Coupon expires: 11/10.
Now we gotta see what the price of the 4-Disc Combo will be after we take off any instant rebate
or/and the $8 off Combo coupon.
Edit: Didn't notice if there was an November Entertainment Guide so I don't know if there are
coupons available - like the popular $5 off a Blu-Ray/DVD one.

If anyone happens out to BJ's today, I would really like to know if there's any kind of IR on Toy Story 3. If the price is $25, then I'll get it there with the OJ & eggs. Thanks.
Edit: According to some posters over at blu-ray.com, there is a $3 IR. The final cost is $26.99, so you can get 2 dozen eggs and a jug of OJ for $2 more than the current lowest price on the combo pack.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
titled "Great Savings on Home and Office" and that coupon sheet should be located on a rack
(with other coupon sheets) just beyond the security sensors after you enter the store - at
least thats where it is at my BJ's store.
As for the price - yeah figured it would be $26.99 before the $8.00 combo coupon and thus
BJ's would be charging us $2.00 for the eggs/juice. Still a deal - heck even a deal if we just
got one of them for $2.00. Will be heading over there in an hour or so to do this deal.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
Well I got even a better deal - saved an additional 92 cents. The eggs were priced at $2.59
and the orange juice was priced at $3.99. Total cost - $6.58. The max value of the coupon
was $7.50 and the cashier gave me the full value of the coupon so I wounded up saving 92
cents. So I wounded up paying $1.10 for the eggs and juice so 55 cents apiece. Not sure if
she was supposed to give me max value on the coupon or just give me the cost of the two
items. (Sometimes I get the max value on the coupon, sometimes I don't - not sure what the
store policy is - probably depends on the cashiers mood I guess.)
Taco5 - Did you buy the TS3 Blu-Ray and not get the $3.00 instant rebate? Or are you basing
this on the fact that there was no sign near the TS3 Blu-Rays? I thought the instant rebates
at BJ's were a national thing so every store had to have them. (Definiately was up at my store -
in fact a "free" egg/juice coupon was taped on the instant rebate sign promoting that deal and
there was even a couple of those coupons laying around in one of the empty blu-ray slots near
the TS3 combo packs.) If thats the case then your store was being lazy and never put the sign
up or they did and someone took it off or it fell and probably landed underneath the blu-ray rack.
Well I gotta get going - off to fix some eggs while having some juice before watching TS3 on Blu-Ray!

At my BJ's you have a 50/50 chance that a IR is posted but so far every IR that was posted here or over at Blu-ray.com came up at the register.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
The only ir sign for TS3 was for the DVD version. The only ir sign by the Blu's was for Jonah Hex. I just walked up the hill to Best Buy and got it there with the $8.00 coupon plus got my refund for the ironpack preorder.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
They prolly just did not have the sign up. Like LaxBandit mentioned, the IRs apply for pretty much every club.
Two more IRs this week other than Toy Story 3, and all are good through 11/07:
The Pacific (DVD) - $39.99 (after $10 IR)
The Pacific (BD) - $54.99 (after $10 IR)

FWIW, I have the October/November Home Entertainment Review and the only coupon is $5 off of the Fallout:New Vegas video game. Hopefully they will bring back the $5 off Blu-ray coupon in December.

Season 1 and 2 of the Magnificent Seven were 9.99 each. Never heard of this show but after reading Amazon comments decided to back and get both.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
Today, I found a lone copy of Gangsters: The Ultimate Film Collection for $7.99. It contains American Gangster (3 disc), Scarface (2 disc), Carlito's Way (2 disc) and Casino (2 disc).

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
Ernestrp - pretty good show - you will enjoy it.
Rexxriot - good deal there - hopefully one of the two BJ's in my area will have it too.
(Its going to be $3.99 somewhere - Best Buy? - on BF but I don't think its worth it
to brave those crowds to save $1.00 on each DVD.)
Got a peek at what BJ's will have on BF weekend as it pertains to DVDs/Blu-Rays and
the only deal is oddly enough a repeat - buy Toy Story 3 on DVD or Blu-Ray and get
two dozen Wellsley Farms eggs and one Wellsley Farms 128 oz orange juice for free.
Coupon is worth $7.48 (lol-we lose 2 cents this time) and its good BF weekend only -
11/26-11/28 - while supplies last of course. No price is listed and unfortunately no
$8.00 coupon/$3.00 instant rebate this time around. Although since its BF weekend -
could the Blu-Ray combo be close to the $18.99 we paid for it on release week?

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
Blu-Rays were going for there before I hit Target (more on that later) and they had this deal available
on the pre-Thanksgiving coupon sheet. Unfortunately the Toy Story 3 Combo was priced at $29.99 so
its not a good deal like we got on release week. (If you want the Toy Store 3 combo - suggestion buy
it now - then head back to BJ's sometime Thanksgiving weekend and see if the price was lowered and
if it is get a price adjustment.)
Avatar 3-Disc Extended Edition - DVD - $23.99 - $5.00 instant rebate that expires on Sunday =
$18.99 - so $1.00 cheaper than what Target is charging.
Avatar 3-Disc Extended Edition - Blu-Ray - $36.99 - $7.00 instant rebate that expires on Sunday =
$29.99 - not a good deal - $5.00 more than Target. (Wanted the Blu-Ray and wanted it cheaper of
course so if it was off to Target where I bought it.)
A Christmas Carol - Single Disc - DVD - $19.99 - $2.00 instant rebate = $17.99.
A Christmas Carol - Blu-Ray/DVD only combo - $24.99 - no instant rebate = $24.99.
They weren't selling the A Christmas Carol - 3D Blu-Ray/Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital Copy - Combo.
(I'm not interested in getting A Christmas Carol so I didn't bother to try to do what others
are doing at Wal-Mart.)
LOST Season Six - The Final Season - DVD - $43.99 - $16.00 instant rebate = $27.99.
You can use the $10 ABC on TV coupon which brings it down to $17.99. Then get the Wholly
Gucacamole which is available at BJ's (priced at $5.99 - theres coupons out there for $1.00,
$1.50 off - unfortunately the $4.00 off coupon has expired!) and then you can get an additional
$10 off. So the final cost - minus tax/stamp etc will be around $7.99 - the same price as it was
back in August. Sorry I didn't check if there was a instant rebate etc on the Blu-Ray edition.
Edit - Yeah I know Best Buy has it for $3.00 cheaper but if you get the DVD here then you don't
have to travel anywhere else to get the Wholly Gucacamole. (Factor in the trouble in driving over
to your local Best Buy and then add that your getting twice as much gucacamole! - it comes to
probably over $3.00 so just get it at BJ's.)
Ugh, forgot to see if they had that Gangster set for $7.99 - oh well next time.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
I came across the $7.99 display today at BJ's and saw one lone Gangster set (as mentioned above) which I picked up. There were some other decent buys in the sets remaining. I remember seeing: Amazing Stories : First Season, American Dreams : Season One, Coach : Seasons 1,2, and 3, Conviction : Complete Series - all sets were $7.99.

Re: BJ's Wholesale Club DVD Deals
BJ's had the "Holiday Entertainment Gift Guide 2010" out and there are some good coupons in there. It has a picture of Mario on the cover and two sections of coupons: middle of the book and last page. There were copies in the DVD section and the front of the store with their other coupons. I also got one in the mail yesterday. Coupon highlights are:
~ $5 off ANY BD+DVD combo effective 12/6 - 12/24 -- keep in mind BJ's has some of the Fox $9.99 combo's so this could be a good deal for those.
~ $5 off Inception BD effective 12/7 - 12/12
~ $10 off Despicable Me BD+DVD combo effective 12/14 - 12/24
~ $10 off 24 Season 8 DVD or The Pacific DVD or BD effective 12/14 - 12/24
~ $5 off Shrek Holiday Double Pack on DVD or BD effective 12/7 - 12/12
~ $10 off ANY video game $46.99 or higher effective 12/6 - 12/24
