I am excited about Without a paddle: nature’s calling coming to DVD & Blu-ray Jan. 13th, 2009 from Paramount home entertainment. I think like-minded people will enjoy this classic film when it comes out Jan. 13, 2009.

I am also looking forward to Breakfast at tiffany's - Centennial collection (Jan. 13), Funny Face: centennial Collection(1-13-09) and National lampoons Stoned age on Jan. 20th. Check them out and let me know what you think!

is there anything about moviecash for Underworld: Rise of the Lycans? At BB today I saw these on the racks, but when they rang up the UPCs weren't registered yet, so I am guessing they put them up too early. i figured it might be for this week's ad since Underworld 1 and 2 package releases on 1/13. The DVDs you need to buy for the tickets are Underworld, Underworld Evolution, Silent Hill, 30 Days of Night, Ultraviolet, Bram Stokers Dracula, Vampire, Underworld/Underworld Evolution, and a bunch of the Resident Evil movies... there were a couple others but I don't remember them.

Birds of Prey: The Complete Series is regularly $34.99, so if you buy it now and go back for the 110% price match, it's $18.49+tax.

CORRECTION & WORKAROUND: I goofed on this for Beast Buy only lowers it to their price; no extra 10% vig on top. What you CAN do is pre-buy at Circuit City for $35 and then make them match BB's ad. If you're interested in Ninja Gaiden II or Condemned 2: Bloodshot, the savings are even better because they're normally $30 and $40 respectively now and will have to match $10 ea. with the BB ad. $70 - $55 = $15 (plus tax) for both games! w00t!

It's weird to be using BB's ads to match CC pre-buys; it's usually the other way around.

The only retailer that had the movie cash deal in their weekly was Circuit City.

Best Buy is obviously participating but no details are list in the ad I've got.

I've had a 32" LG tv (can't remember the exact model #), but I've had it for about a year now and am pretty happy with the number of inputs, picture quality, overall look of the set. I paid $800 or $900 for it when I got mine too. I would go to the store and look at the set and see what you think of it though before you buy.

I'm pretty sure seasons 1-3 were $14.99 at Best Buy on Black Friday in 2007. I will be picking up 4 & 5 hopefully during this sale. I'll probably get Smallville season 7 as well.
