Blu-Ray two packs at Wal-Mart for 19.96(YMMV)
I was in my local Wal-Mart(NC) and they had about 5 or 6 two packs of Blu-Rays for 19.96. I picked up The Sum of All Fears/Patriot Games and The Ruins/Lara Croft. Others were Nacho Libre/Spiderwick Chronicles, Sleepy Hollow/Cloverfield, Norbit/Drillbit Taylor, Next/Face-Off. Maybe some others.

You forgot Shooter/Italian Job. I'm assuming because Fry's had these on sale for $20 after Christmas for one day only. I really want Spierwick Chronicles but Nocho Libre? Really? Cloverfield/Sleepy Hollow is also tempting but I think there'll be a special edition for Cloverfield.

i have yet to see a 2-pack that has two titles together that I want. I really wish they would make these things where you can pick any two.
And that Nacho Libre/Spiderwick Chronicles is a nutty pairing.

I'll have to look for these. I already own one title from most of the two-packs, but I'll go for the Jack Ryan two-pack. Wish it was a 3-pack tho!
EDIT: FYI, this is online for $27.32. The Nacho Libre two-pack is 31.86 online. I didn't bother with the rest. Doubtfully 19.96...

Are they packaged in separate cases? If they are, you can always purchase the pack for the one movie you want and then sell or trade in the other at a place that buys DVDs.
Someone has these on sale this week for $20. I want to say it's Best Buy, but I'm not positive. It's either there or Target.

I'm guessing that overtime we'll be seeing alot more blu-ray 2 packs popping up. Its a good way for studios to clear out the pallets of unsold BR discs.

No luck at my local Wal-mart, so I went over to best buy and they had a deal going on for said 2 packs, some for 22.99 and a few for $26.99
I picked up the Drillbit/Norbit 2 pack for 26.99, only because I wanted The Drillbit Blu-ray and since best buy was charging 24.99 for the stand alone version, I figured 2 bucks more for the pack w/Norbit would be the smart way to go, right?.....Right?

Ditto, my Sam's Club had Cloverfield/Sleepy Hollow but for $29. They had We Were Soldiers/Payback DC and Trading Places/Coming to America (amongst others, those were just the 2 I bought) for $19.
