Thanks for all the hard work Speedy! Always appreciated every week. I am eyeing MORTAL KOMBAT VS. DC UNIVERSE for my *still unopened XBOX 360 BUNDLE from BLACK FRIDAY @ BB*. Also might have to pick up MAMMA MIA! on BD for my Mom. Pondering whether I need to get the PIRATES trilogy on BD as well as RISKY BUSINESS. I have the SD-DVD for RISKY but its in Foolscreen. Thanks, Speedy. I am in the market for a laptop and the 18 months interest free is very tempting. I saw one in the current ad I like but was wondering if you knew about any in next weeks ad. It would help me decide whether to buy it now or wait a week.

Folks, I know they are single discs, but that 4 for $50 deal (mummy, wanted, incredible hulk, hbII) is mighty tempting, however, I now have a blu ray player (thank you Walmart/magnavox!), so I am curious as to whether or not if you were in my shoes you would spend the extra $$ on the blu rays and take advantage of the 2 for $50 deal BB has for these titles. My blu ray upconverts (watching Spike Lee's incredible When The Levees Failed Hurricane Katrina HBO doc, and it looks great), so I will have to think long and hard whether the image quality on the blu rays of these titles is superior enough to upconverted standards to justify making my credit card smoke this upcoming Tuesday. |
