Hey speedy.. Does it indicate how long the 3rd disc is? A grocery chain here in Canada listed a 20 min bonus DVD with the 1 disc edition and it's kinda rare for a Canadian retailer to get a bonus disc and not have one for the US..

Yeah but $3 is hard to pass up. Say you can get the blu-ray for 10-15 dollars on sale (if your lucky), then you gotta decide if improved picture quality is worth that much extra money. This is something I wrestle with all the time. It's the reason I don't have "Kung fu Hustle" yet. It's $3 at Big Lots, but I'm hoping for the blu-ray to go on sale........Man I'm cheap...

Not close to bankruptcy, already IN bankruptcy...they declared it a couple weeks ago, but it was Chapter 11 which allows them to reorganize, stay in business, and hopefully turn things around! Circuit City has this new ad campaign about how the store price is the same as their online price. I go to circuitcity.com to purchase the I Am legend 2 disc set for their advertised $6.99 and of course it is $29.99 online. The one disc version is $6.99.

Has any one gone to the store yet and seen the 2 disc version for 6.99 or is it a misprint?

I tried for Truman Show, but it rang of for 6.99, so I had the guy remove it, and I didn't want to draw too much attention to myself, because the guy didn't ID me, and you are suppose to be 17 to buy R's, and I'm only 16.

I emailed circuit city about the online price of the I Am Legend 2 disc set. They did not reply back but they did correct the price today on their site. It was too late as I found it it in their store today. I was going to get it online along with about $20 worth of other DVDs on sale to get the free shipping. Instead, I went to their store and only spent $10. They lose.

Went to Circuit City to price match the Bond Volume 1-4 DVDS (bestbuy 24.99) today only to get a load of bullshit. First it took them 10 minutes to identify that its the same product...they 1st were like "we have it for 69.99, bestbuy original price is 49.99...its not the same product" well i argued it was and then the next excuse was they only price match if bestbuy is out of stock so they were going to call bestbuy to see if they had them in stock. I never heard that before? I checked their website said nothing about that. And before they were going to call the manager was walking by and said they don't price match 4 day deals so he told worker to not bother to call.

what a joke circuit city is.....no wonder they going out of business soon

Also worth remembering is that 20% cash back through www.live.com can be activated from Circuity City using a method similar to the ebay cash back. I just entered the search term Circuit City, and on the right hand side was an advertisement with a cash back symbol. I clicked it, and it showed 20% cash back. Now whether it will show up in the account? I'm not sure as there is no safety guard before you buy like with ebay.
