Question about DVD Planet's trade in policies

I apologize if this isn't the proper forum for this question...

Does anyone know how strict DVD Planet is regarding the 30 day quote? I had a huge box of stuff that I wanted to get in to them before the big Fall sale and for reasons I won't get into, didn't get the box in the mail until the day before the 30 day window. By my estimation, they'll have received the box 1 day after the quote expired. Are they going to reject my box? I was hoping to do some big time holiday shopping with the looming sale and a couple of hundred dollars in credit, so if my box gets rejected I may cry.
