Marvin, normally I'd agree with you... but you're READING A FAQ THREAD. The logical first thing to do in this case would be to say "I wonder if the FAQ at the beginning of this thread covers my question?" It's why I created this FAQ, so people wouldn't have to ask questions.

The sales usually go live the Thursday afternoon (~4 ET) before the first scheduled day. (Typo in FAQ: Thursday is 11/6, not 11/7.)

Live.com doesn't allow coupon use with their cash back. Some might slip through but many people have had their cash back canceled for using coupons. In this case the coupon is a lot higher than the cash back so it's no risk to try but I wouldn't count on getting it. Before live.com took them over, jellyfish let you use coupons with their cashback at DD.

That date has now been corrected to read the 23rd. Kinda thought that was a mistake, although I was hoping it would continue through the 25th. Oh well, it will still be a great run - especially with an increase in the discount to 25%. That's really phenomenal.

Excellent FAQ! In the past, there were never any releases that I would love to get. This year is different and there are actually tons I want! It being 25% off makes it an ever sweeter deal! Got my wishlist all geared up.

Try a different browser. For some reason, I got error messages with Firefox, but the checkout process worked just fine with IE. Some other people reported having problems with IE but not with Firefox, so YMMV.

I can't get to the checkout page with any browser I use, and I've even tried a different computer.

It takes me to a blank white page, with the DVD Planet logo and search bar up top, and on the white page it just says:

An error happened while processing your request.

Don't forget to add, those shipping charges are determined BEFORE discount is applied, which is ridiculous and totally incorrect.
