I remember the MMM402 one from last week....
And I tried the ZCM7XT one just now & it didn't work....
Luckily I had some other codes or it would have been a wasted trip....

Got Doubt today and it has a new style case, a little nicer than the previous ones. Not sure if it will hold up well either, the others don't close too well, and after a little wear I can see these having probably the same issues, but it's good to see an attempt to improve them.

I also noticed there was a rental entry for "Empty Case", which showed a picture of an open empty case, guess someone forgot to return the dvd and it's funny that it is actually available for rental. Wonder if anyone will think that's an actual title and rent it!

Sounds a little different. Guess it would depend on what link you're being taken to--is it a redbox.com page or something else? I just went to their site and didn't see anything about this gold membership...

For what it's worth, I didn't get that e-mail (yet).

I was checking out their website and I think I know why they have empty cases in there. They had this in their FAQS section (Under the question "What if I lose the DVD case or DVD?"):
"You can purchase a new jewel case for just $1.00 right from any redbox kiosk. Look for "Empty Case" under 'E' when sorting DVDs alphabetically, or go to the last product when sorting by release date. Still need help? Please call redbox Customer Service at 1.866.733.2693, 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to midnight Central Time. "

I guess if you loose the case, you can still return it after picking up an empty case from them for $1.00.

Appears to be legit. Turns out Insideredbox is not part of the Redbox company. From their FAQ:
