Good? Bad? If I do pre-order, where do I pick it up when I go next tuesday? I'm fairly certain I will, $11 savings is pretty sweet deal.

You should be fine.

Have your documents ready...... especially your confirmation e-mail, photo id and credit card used.

They currently have a caveat that gives you $10 if they can't fulfill your service request in 1 minute I believe. BUT the time count begins when You turn over your service request & documents.

Be organized and you should be fine.

All Orders are at the Customer Service desk.

Store Pickup at my 2 stores is usually quite seamless.

There's only a laptop listed.

Circuit City has a desktop system I believe for those 2 days.

One more thing I'd suggest for picking up The Office; go early. Sometimes they'll pull the wrong version when the same title has multiple releases. Since the box is limited you want to make sure they still have some available if they try to pull that crap on you. I'm not going to be there when they open, but I'm going to try to be there sometime that first day just in case.

Good point. I remember when I had preordered POTC: At World's End on Blu-Ray. I had ordered the first two along with it because of the sale. When I went to the pick-up counter, they gave me the three movies, I left the store and as I checked them, I noticed they had given me two copies of the first movie and none of the second. It was becuase of the similar packaging. They fixed it easy enough. This is the only time it happened to me...but it does happen.
