I tried to get them to honor the $10 off all B, G & F titles along with the sale prices, and they wouldn't (not even at the FYE going out of business here, which is also the only one that I ever go to in the area). It was really disappointing because I could have filled in almost all of my Samurai Champloo/Gank gaps.

don't you also get an extra 10% towards trade-ins or am i wrong? cuz if i could get a total of 55% more towards in-store credit for my trade-ins that would be AMAZING!

To those in the NY Area:
I'm surprised that Strand Books, the discount book store in Union Square sells DVDs, and they have some anime ones. Like vol. 1&3 of Tenjo Tenge, and Season 2 Vol. 1 of Oh! My Goddess. Each is about $15 used. But that's not really a bargain right? I once saw some Inu-yasha dvds, of course they were snatched up like that. |
