Is $17.50 from Amazon the best price out there for it?

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

Bunch of BD in store at BestBuy today had $5 in "concession cash" to tie in with Inception. They were all DiCaprio films (Aviator, Body of Lies, Blood Diamond....) with the addition of Nolan's Dark Knight.

Also noticed some DVDs at $7.99 that had the $10 Salt/Other Guys movie cash - 88 Minutes & 30 Days of Night.

What the hell

Same issue with me. I emailed a few weeks ago. New movie codes worked for a week or two but am now hitting the same issues. My wife snagged 10 different codes with a price match for the DVD's of $4 each with codes for salt/EPL/Other Guys. Just tried three and all had the same issue. Can't get them to work. Sent an email. Gonna try their phone tomorrow. 800-838-4550.

Let me know if anyone has success or failure.

I'm convinced that this message is bogus and that they are just displaying in in cases where people are redeeming large amounts of codes.

Wall Street (sd, 20th Anniv. Ed.) had a sticker on the front for $7.50 in movie cash for Wall Street 2. Didn't see the blu-ray, so I'm not sure if it has the movie cash.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

I heard that Best Buy has some blu-rays that came with movie cash for Due Date. Anybody know which ones specifically comes with it? I heard there were a lot of movies that had it. I don't want to make the trip in case there's nothing that I want/need.

/\ I know the new edition of The Hangover comes with cash to Due Date, regardless of retailer, but I'm not aware of any titles specific to Best Buy.

Harry Potter Ultimate Editions (Years 3 & 4) @ Target come with a $7.50 voucher (an actual ticket not a code to be printed) for Deathly Hallows. Beauty & The Beast @ Best Buy came with $7.50 moviecash for Tangled (got mine opening week & not sure if their copies still have it).

Found $7.50 tickets for Jackass 3D on the Jackass movies (Jackass the Movie, Jackass Two, Jackass 2.5) at Walmart for $9.00. They are the kind of tickets you have to enter the code in and print them off.

^ Disneyboy beat me to it. Took me a few minutes trying to find a theater still showing the film. Nice of you to offer it up, Ghostbuster.

It was going to expire soon, so I'm glad someone will be able to use it.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

Noticed a display set up today at Wal-mart. Had DVDs priced at $4 and BDs priced at $7.88. Each title contained movie cash good for a Warner Bros. film good between 12/26 and 2/12/13. I don't remember the titles included and none stood out as a great bargain on their own, but with the movie money it might be worth picking something up.

If we're going to resurrect this thread we might as well mention that some of the LOTR releases contain moviecash for The Hobbit, $5, that expires 12/28 or something.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

I miss this thread.

Came across this special from Hormel:

http://hormel.com/Brands/Pepperoni.a...eezeIntoSummer

Summary: Buy 3 packages of Hormel pepperoni (5 oz or larger) in one transaction, send in the receipt via text and receive a code for a movie ticket for How to Train Your Dragon 2 (valued at up to $13).

I found Hormel pepperoni on sale at a Kroger/Jay-C store for $2.99. There were digital store coupons that knocked the price down further. So I was out of pocket around $6.47 for the food and movie ticket.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

It has been mentioned in the Best Buy blu-ray thread, but repeating here, the Predator 3D blu-ray is $9.99 with $8.00 X-Men movie cash. Great deal.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

From blu-ray.com

beginning on Saturday, July 26, fans can visit participating Samsung Experience Shops within Best Buy locations nationwide throughout the weekend to preview the trailer. Samsung will also provide visitors that view the trailer at Samsung Experience Shops one complimentary ticket to see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 when it opens in theaters worldwide on November 21.
For a list of participating locations, visit: http://www.samsung.com/us/promotions...ailer-preview/

Best Buy and Samsung will also be giving Mockingjay pins and posters.

I did this took 5 minutes. $13 ticket. Not all Best Buys with Samsung stations are participating so check link for locations.

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

I just did this today & thought I'd post it here. If you buy a 24 count box of specially marked eggos for $4.78 at wal mart, you get an Avengers (or any movie) ticket worth $10. Great deal.

Not trying to be dumb here but do you mean that the Avengers ticket is worth $10?

Otherwise total for both would be $14.79 + tax.

Sorry, yes, you get a "free" ticket worth $10 when you email a picture of your receipt for the eggos...

Re: The One and Only *NEW* Free Movie Cash and Ticket Guide

Thanks for the heads up. Even better, the waffles were only $4.78 at my store. Also, the ticket is good for the Avengers or any movie at a participating theater (good thru August).

Followed the instructions (e-mailing a picture of the receipt), and had my movie cash code within a few minutes.

There's a similar deal on the smaller, specially marked boxes of Eggo Waffles, available almost anywhere I would think. You have to purchase 3 boxes of waffles and you end up with $6 towards Avengers, etc. I did this deal as well--after a $2 coupon I had, the 3 boxes were in the neighborhood of $5.
