I've looked everywhere for a coupon, but no luck. Disappointing as I like to use dvdempire when I can.

I regularly receive e-mails from them, but none have included any coupons for a long while. They highlight new releases, the sales that are on the main page(s), and the free shipping for $25.

My last experience with them was lousy (I had to return 4 dvd's from a single order and one title 3 times), so personally I don't find the lack of coupons a big loss.

Likewise. Last coupon code was September, I think (they also had a Synapse sale that month). At least I used it for an October preorder.

Too bad. But I still say DVD Empire does a great job in terms of allowing you to manage your order. Unlike most, they don't make it a pain in the ass to cancel pre-orders or backorders. DeepDiscount & DVD Planet force you to call them, I think, and B&N's cancellation process takes a bit of time. (Maybe the ease of order cancellation was costing them, heh, and they'd make more profit by adopting the "talk to the hand" policy of DD and B&N.)

Because they have always been more expensive save for their occasional pre-release deals, I don't use them too often, but when I do, it's always been a positive experience. I hope the lack of coupon codes does not signal something bad.
