You're lucky - I'm still waiting for several large orders from March to get counted. Do I have to tell them? They've always been slow, but they at least used to be better than this.

I'm just hoping the wheels don't fall off before we get to the next (hopefully) sale in June...got a bunch of credit saved up.

lucky? getting order counted for points from march? i finally cancelled my fall 2008 order because they just didnt seem to want to fulfill sigh.

I have been going around with them via e-mail on the frequent buyer points. Official word is that they update points every Thursday. Be prepared to send them a list of orders for which you haven't received credit since they apparently won't do the research themselves. (I have done just that and am keeping my fingers crossed.)

Edited to add: Points are fixed now. I suppose I shouldn't complain given that these correspondences happened over the weekend (outside of their normal business hours). 'Sall good.

I’m also having problems with my frequent buyers points. My points were not updated for all of March and the first half of April. I should have enough for a five dollar credit if all my purchases are counted. I’ve sent 3 E-mails all of them listing the purchases not credited and never received a response. I’m calling them about this today or tomorrow. If I can’t get this corrected I’m done with DVD Planet.

Pretty iffy the last couple of days....including Deep Discount. Maybe they're tuning up the servers for a sale or something.

I tried to log in yesterday and it was no go. I have over $400 in store credit.

It's considered bad form to post anything regarding the (supposed) semi-annual sale at both DVD Planet and Deep Discount. When/if it begins there'll be dedicated threads including a sticky FAQ.

I was able to log in at DVD Planet and it's working fine. Deep Discount is loading speedier for me than usual.
